1. Returns Eligibility
At Dropense.Store, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Dropense.Store will cover return shipping.

• For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the item is received and inspected.

• Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
