1. Returns Eligibility
At Dropense.Store, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
2. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Dropense.Store will cover return shipping.

For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the item is received and inspected.
